Indoor Winter Fun
During the winter it makes it hard to keep kids active and to have a good time. Please try these activities: Barnes & Noble has story times and book clubs for children and adults. Michael’s has arts and crafts for kids on Saturday’s, or you can also check out
www.familyfun.go.com.
Book Crossing
Do you have books that you have read but don’t know where to keep them after they have been read? Book Crossing has the perfect idea. The first step is to read the book then after you have read the book, register the book at:
www.bookcrossing.com
and tag it with a BCID. After you have registered your book, release it into the wild or give it to a friend and watch where it goes forever. Book Crossing makes it fun to read and also helps bring books alive to those around the world. Watch your book travel for miles and see how many books you can release. Let’s try to see if we can make Missouri the top book exchange state in the USA.

Going Green
March is also a time to go GREEN another way. There are so many ways to help make this planet healthier and save it for the children of the future if we just give a little time to make better choices. I have found a few educational websites that I will post in the office to help make it easier to do a little good for our planet.
