Your First Visit to Our Office
We offer a complimentary no-charge first visit for you to meet and talk with the doctor. If you then decide that you would like to proceed with treatment, diagnostic records may be taken. This information is used to develop a custom treatment plan for you.
Upon arrival, we will take your temperature with a thermal scanner. Then we ask that you rinse with a hydrogen peroxide/water mixture and wash your hands to kill harmful bacteria in order to keep you and our team safe.
These records are helpful in tracking the progress of treatment as your teeth move under orthodontic care. After the doctor has evaluated your records, we will discuss your treatment plan with you in detail, including the cost for your particular case.
We have payment plans to suit different budgets, including a no-down-payment option. We also accept most insurance plans and managed care programs. We will file the necessary papers to your insurance company.
If you provide us with the program name, group number, etc. before your first visit we will be happy to investigate your benefits for you. We work hard to make orthodontics affordable.
